摘　　要：氧气转炉炼钢是一种常见的炼钢方法,而在转炉系统检修工作中转炉炉壳更换是一项重点检修任务,其更换过程中需要通过卷扬和天车配合吊装,以此实现炉壳上下线,因其重量大,又因各种现场空间限制及周围环境设计不同,导致炉壳更换没有固定的检修模式。本文主要针对酒钢一炼钢50T转炉炉壳更换,详细介绍了转炉炉壳结构,配合吊装方法,炉壳找正方法,来实现转炉炉壳快速高效的检修更换。Oxygen converter steelmaking is a common steelmaking method,and the replacement of converter shell in the maintenance work of converter system is a key maintenance task,during the replacement process,it is necessary to use a hoist and a crane to lift the converter shell up and down.Due to its large weight,various on-site space limitations,and different environmental designs,there is no fixed maintenance mode for the replacement of the converter shell.This paper mainly focuses on the replacement of the 50T converter shell at JISCO and provides a detailed introduction to the structure of the converter shell,the lifting method and the method of aligning the converter shell to achieve rapid and efficient maintenance and replacement of the converter shell.
