摘  要:酒钢动力厂空分装置在运行过程中发现预冷系统低温水流量下降,影响空冷塔出口温度,分子筛无法正常运行,严重时CO_(2)超标造成空分塔内管路冻结,导致空分装置被迫停车。本文对空分预冷系统低温水流量下降进行了原因分析,提出了整改方法,为空分装置的长周期稳定运行提供了保障。During the operation of the air separation unit in JISCO,it was found that lowtemperature water flow in the pre cooling system decreased,affecting the outlet temperature of the air cooling tower and preventing the normal operation of the molecular sieve.In severe cases,excessive CO2 caused the pipeline inside the air separation tower to freeze,resulting in the forced shutdown of the air separation unit.This paper analyzes the reasons for the decrease in lowtemperature water flow in the air separation pre cooling system,proposes rectification methods and provides guarantees for the long-term stable operation of the air separation unit.
