摘 要:在全球践行绿色低碳的大背景下,冶金企业作为能耗与碳排放大户,其铁路运输系统的节能减排改造刻不容缓。本文聚焦冶金铁路运输系统中的GK1C型机车,经剖析发现,传统内燃机车在此工况下效率低下,原车配置存在能耗高、环境兼容性差、运维成本高等技术瓶颈,严重制约绿色发展。通过层次分析法综合评估三种技术路线,确定“动力电池+永磁电机”纯电驱动为最佳方案。该方案能提升运输效率,降低能耗与污染,为冶金企业绿色转型提供技术支撑,在理论与实践层面推动行业可持续发展。In the context of global practice of green and low-carbon,as major energy consumers and carbon emitters,metallurgical enterprises urgently need to carry out energy-saving and emission reduction transformation of the railway transportation systems.This paper focuses on the GK1C locomotive in the metallurgical railway transportation system.Through analysis,it is found that traditional diesel locomotives have low efficiency under this working condition.The original configuration of the locomotive has technical bottlenecks such as high energy consumption,poor environmental compatibility and high operation and maintenance costs,which seriously restrict green development.Through the comprehensive evaluation of three technical routes using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,it is determined that the“power battery+permanent magnet motor”pure electric drive is the best solution.The plan can improve transportation efficiency,reduce energy consumption and pollution,provide technical support for the green transformation of metallurgical enterprises and promote sustainable development of the industry at both theoretical and practical levels.
