摘 要:众所周知,现在中国珠宝企业出海已成为了一种风潮和一种必然,一来国内的珠宝消费市场严重内卷且获利越来越艰难,二来中国珠宝企业在国外很多国家都具有一定的竞争力。然而由于中国珠宝企业一直都是在国内发展,虽然过去几年有一些中国珠宝企业在国外展露头脚,但整体而言数量并不是很多,因此中国珠宝企业普遍缺少海外作战的成功经验。不过国内市场始终是有限的,中国珠宝市场也不可能无限地增长下去,中国珠宝企业要想进一步获得生存和发展的资源,进军国外市场必然将是中国珠宝企业最终的选择。国家鼓励企业走出去,中国珠宝企业的全球化之路虽未必会一帆风顺,但走出去并且成功仍是我们中国珠宝企业的大考。文章旨在探讨中国珠宝企业在全球化进程中所面临的挑战、采取的策略以及取得的成就。同时通过分析中国珠宝行业的背景、代表性珠宝企业出海的经验,揭示了中国珠宝企业在跨越国界的全球化之路上所获得的经验教训,并提出了对未来发展的有效建议。As we all know,it has become a trend and an inevitable trend for Chinese jewelry enterprises to go overseas.On the one hand,the domestic jewelry consumption market is serious involution and more and more difficult to make a profit.On the other hand,Chinese jewelry enterprises can still have certain competitiveness in many foreign countries.However,to make a profit Chinese jewelry enterprises have always been developing in China.In the past few years,although some Chinese jewelry enterprises have shown their talents in foreign countries,the overall number is not very large.Therefore,we can say that Chinese jewelry enterprises generally lack successful experience in overseas operations.However,the domestic market is always limited,and it is impossible for the Chinese jewelry market to grow indefinitely.If Chinese jewelry enterprises want to further obtain the resources for survival and development,it will inevitably be the final choice for Chinese jewelry enterprises to enter the foreign market.The state encourages enterprises to go global.Although the road of globalization of Chinese jewelry enterprises may not be smooth,going global to make success is still the big test for our Chinese jewelry enterprises.This paper aims to explore the challenges,strategies and achievements faced by Chinese jewelry enterprises in the process of globalization.At the same time,it analyzes the background of Chinese jewelry industry and the experience of representative jewelry enterprises going overseas,to reveal the experience and lessons learned by Chinese jewelry enterprises on the road of globalization across national boundaries,and it puts forward effective suggestions for the future development.
