摘 要:中低成本(中小成本)电影是以制片投入为标准划分的电影形态。中低成本电影既是“中等成本”和“低成本”电影的共称,也用来指可能进入商业市场流通的“中等偏低”成本的电影。生产成本对于类型选择、形态确定、制片策略、资源配置、市场定位和风险评估具有关键影响。中低成本电影,在题材拓展、艺术创新、美学探索、风格多样化等方面具有独特优势,对于扩大电影生产规模、扩展市场供给、培养电影新人、丰富观众审美经验和满足市场差异化需求具有不可替代的意义。国产中低成本电影的生态环境正在逐渐形成,中低成本电影创作生产需要适应产业化、市场化、全球化环境,形成良性循环,推动电影美学的丰富、多样和创新。Mid-to-low-budget films are a category of films classified based on production investment. The term "mid-to-low-budget films" collectively refers to both "mid-budget" and "low-budget" films, and is also used to describe films with relatively lower production costs that are still viable for commercial market distribution. The production budget determines genre,form, production strategies, resource allocation, market positioning, and risk assessment. Lowto-medium-budget films offer distinct advantages in several key areas: expanding film production scale, increasing market supply, nurturing new talents, enhancing audience aesthetic experience,and meeting market differentiated needs. As the ecosystem for domestic low-to-mediumbudget films gradually takes shape, their creation and production must align with the trends of industrialization, marketization, and globalization. This alignment is crucial for establishing a virtuous cycle that fosters the richness, diversity, and innovation of film aesthetics.
