摘 要:绝缘电阻会影响干式直流支撑电容器(DCLC)的均压、储能性能,故对高温、高场强下DCLC的绝缘电阻特性分析具有重要意义。以工作场强E_(0)是233.3 V/μm时的DCLC为研究对象,分析DCLC的绝缘电阻和电导率,并搭建了相关试验平台,开展不同温度和不同场强下的等效绝缘电阻测量试验,分析DCLC的等效绝缘电阻影响因素。研究结果表明:DCLC的等效绝缘电阻随着工作场强增加而快速下降;DCLC的等效绝缘电阻随着温度增加而下降。分析得出,影响DCLC的等效绝缘电阻关键因素为聚丙烯薄膜材料、金属层的蒸镀。Insulation resistance affects the voltage balancing and energy storage performance of dry DC link capacitor(DCLC),which is of great significance for the analysis of insulation resistance characteristics of DCLC at high temperature and high field strength.In this pa-per,taking a DCLC with the working field strength E_(0) of 233.3 V/μm as the research object,analyzing the insulation resistance and conduc-tance of DCLC,and building the related test platform,based on this,the equivalent insulation resistance measurement tests were carried out at different temperatures and different field strengths to analyze the factors affecting the equivalent insulation resistance of DCLC.The results show that the equivalent insulation resistance of DCLC decreases rapidly with the increase of the working field strength,the equivalent in-sulation resistance of DCLC decreases with the increase of temperature.It is analyzed that the key factors affecting the equivalent insulation resistance of DCLC are polypropylene film material and the vaporization of the metal layer.
