摘　　要：通信卡作为采集设备通信的重要载体,直接关乎到电能数据采集的及时性和准确性。传统通信卡依靠人工进行管理,同时没有检测装置可以全面检测通信卡各项功能的运行情况。研制了一款采集终端通信卡检测与管理装置。检测装置在硬件结构上设计4个GPRS通信模块,可插入16个标准通信卡插座,实现多模块同步测试,同时开发管理软件,实现通信卡全流程业务跟踪。测试结果表明,研制的通信卡检测管理装置能有效减少测卡时间,提高工作效率,降低通信卡信息安全风险,全面提升通信卡全寿命周期管理水平。As an essential carrier for communication in acquisition devices,communication cards directly affect the timeliness and accuracy of power data collection.Traditional communication cards rely on manual management,and there is no detection device that can comprehensive-ly test the operation of various functions of the communication cards.Based on this,this paper develops a detection and management device for communication cards in acquisition terminals.The detection device is designed with 4 GPRS communication modules in its hardware structure,capable of inserting 16 standard communication card sockets to achieve synchronous testing of multiple modules.At the same time,manage-ment software is developed to achieve the service tracking in entire process of communication cards.Test results show that the communication cards detection and management device developed in this paper can effectively reduce the time for testing cards,improve work efficiency,reduce the risk of communication card information security,and enhance the management level of the entire life cycle of communication cards.
