摘 要:为对双壁钢围堰施工期安全风险提供及时、准确、定量判断,为施工现场提供实时、快速的应急响应,及时避免安全事故的发生,基于现行规范及国内外文献,建立以环境、设计、施工为主要致险因素的静态风险2级评价指标体系,并制定分级评分标准,合理量化静态风险评估。结合双壁钢围堰施工期监控量测,构建动态风险2级指标体系,并分别采用多级加权迭代法及功效系数法建立双壁钢围堰静态与动态安全风险评估模型。在对资水特大桥P6~7号墩双壁钢围堰风险因素与监控量测分析的基础上,运用该方法对双壁钢围堰施工全过程进行了定量风险评价,并以此为依据指导施工。实践结果表明:通过此方法得到的评价结果与实际施工情况相符,该方法准确、有效,为双壁钢围堰施工全过程的定量风险评价提供了新的方法和经验。To provide timely,accurate,and quantitative assessment of safety risks during the construction period of the double-wall steel cofferdam,provide real-time and rapid emergency response for the construction site,and timely avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.Based on current regulations and domestic and foreign literature,establish a static risk 2-level evaluation index system with environment,design,and construction as the main risk factors,and develop grading and scoring standards to reasonably quantify static risk assessment.Based on the monitoring and measurement during the construction period of double-wall steel cofferdam,a dynamic risk two-level indicator system is constructed,and static and dynamic safety risk assessment models for double-wall steel cofferdam are established using multi-level weighted iteration method and efficacy coefficient method,respectively.On the basis of analyzing the risk factors and monitoring measurements of the double-wall steel cofferdam for piers P6~7 of the Zishui Extra Large Bridge,this method was used to conduct a quantitative risk assessment of the entire construction process of the double wall steel cofferdam,and based on this,guide the construction.The practical results showed that the evaluation results obtained through this method were consistent with the actual construction situation,and the method was accurate and effective,this provides a new method and experience for quantitative risk assessment of the entire construction process of double-wall steel cofferdam.
