摘  要:桥梁结构抗力退化是影响桥梁网络可靠性的重要因素,实际工程中的桥梁结构抗力呈现出非平稳劣化特征,桥梁网络维修策略的制定需要平衡好网络连通可靠度与维修成本之间的动态关系。针对桥梁网络维修决策优化问题,提出了一种基于改进麻雀搜索算法(ISSA)的桥梁网络维修决策优化方法。首先,推导了抗力非平稳劣化下的桥梁时变可靠度计算模型,分析了桥梁网络综合维护成本的构成。其次,研究了桥梁网络拓扑结构,得到了串并联网络下的桥梁连通可靠度计算方法,并构建了考虑网络连通可靠度和综合维护成本的桥梁网络维修决策优化数学模型。最后,提出了一种基于最佳点集策略改进的麻雀搜索算法,建立了基于改进麻雀搜索算法的桥梁网络维修决策优化模型,以算例桥梁网络为例进行了研究。结果表明:ISSA算法对桥梁网络维修决策优化问题的求解效率、精度及稳定性高于同类型算法;考虑非平稳劣化的桥梁网络连通可靠度时变曲线呈现出高度非线性特征,当选择偏好网络可靠性目标时,其运营期内的网络连通平均可靠度相较于考虑综合维护成本的方案高约8.21%,但后者综合维护成本低约10.9%;维修成本在综合维护成本中的占比较低,且随着运营期的增加,该比例持续降低;桥梁网络中仅处于串联系统的桥梁相较于处于串并联系统中的桥梁需要进行更多的维修次数,以保证桥梁网络的可靠性,在实际工程中应重点加强对仅串联桥梁的结构监测。The resistance degradation of bridge structure is an important factor affecting the reliability of bridge network.In practical engineering,the resistance of bridge structure presents non-stationary degradation characteristics.The formulation of bridge network maintenance strategy needs to balance the dynamic relationship between network connectivity reliability and maintenance cost.Aiming at the problem of bridge network maintenance decision optimization,a bridge network maintenance decision optimization method based on improved sparrow search algorithm(ISSA)is proposed.Firstly,the time-varying reliability calculation model of bridge under non-stationary deterioration of resistance is derived,and the composition of comprehensive maintenance cost of bridge network is analyzed.Secondly,the bridge network topology is studied,the calculation method of bridge connectivity reliability in series parallel network is obtained,and the optimization mathematical model of bridge network maintenance decision considering network connectivity reliability and comprehensive maintenance cost is constructed.Finally,an improved sparrow search algorithm based on the optimal point set strategy is proposed,and the optimization model of bridge network maintenance decision based on the improved sparrow search algorithm is established,and the example bridge network is studied.The results show that the efficiency,accuracy and stability of the ISSA algorithm has higher efficiency,accuracy,and stability in solving optimization problems for bridge network maintenance decisions compared to similar algorithms;the time-varying curve of bridge network connectivity reliability considering non-stationary deterioration shows highly nonlinear characteristics.When the preferred network reliability target is selected,the average network connectivity reliability during the operation period is about 8.21%higher than that considering the comprehensive maintenance cost,but the comprehensive maintenance cost of the latter is about 10.9%lower;the proportion o
