高模量沥青老化前后黏弹力学特性及老化性能评价指标研究

摘  要:为深入了解高模量沥青老化前后黏弹力学性能变化特征,选取3种高模量改性剂和2种天然岩沥青对基质沥青进行改性制备得到5种高模量沥青,借助常规物理性能试验和动态剪切流变试验对高模量沥青的物理力学性能和流变性能进行测试,分析高模量沥青制备效果;采用旋转薄膜烘箱老化试验(RTFOT)和压力老化试验(PAV)对高模量沥青进行不同程度的热氧老化,并借助流变学试验方法对老化前后高模量沥青的黏弹力学性能变化特征进行分析;在此基础上,基于性能评价指标建立原则,优选高模量沥青老化性能评价指标。结果表明:随老化程度的加深,高模量沥青的高温性能提升,而其低温和疲劳性能逐渐降低,相比之下,老化对高模量沥青低温性能影响程度更大;不同黏弹力学性能评价指标用于表征高模量沥青的老化性能存在差异性,其中G^(*)及G^(*)·sin δ值所对应的老化指数值对高模量沥青老化性能评价区分度较高,而不可恢复蠕变柔量J_(nr)所对应的老化指数值则对高模量沥青老化性能评价区分度较低。To study the changes'rules of viscoelastic mechanical properties of high modulus asphalt before and after aging,five types of high modulus asphalt binders(HMAB)were prepared by adding modifiers to base asphalt,including three types of high modulus modifiers and two types of natural rock asphalt.Then,the physical-mechanical properties and rheological properties of the prepared asphalt binders were tested by conventional physical properties tests and dynamic shear rheological(DSR)tests'methods,so as to evaluate the preparation effect of HMAB.Subsequently,the rotational thin film oven aging test(RTFOT)and pressure aging test(PAV)were performed to simulate the different agrees of thermal oxygen aging process on HMAB;and viscoelastic mechanical properties of the HMAB before and after aging were evaluated by rheological test methods.Finally,based on the principle of establishing performance evaluation indicators,the aging performance evaluation indicators for HMAB were optimized.Tests results show that with the deepening of aging degree,high-temperature performance of HMAB increases,while its low-temperature cracking resistance and fatigue performance gradually decreases.In contrast,effect of aging on low temperature cracking resistance of HMAB is relatively higher than its high temperature performance and fatigue performance.Furthermore,there are slight differences in the evaluation indicators of different viscoelastic properties used to characterize the aging performance of HMAB.Among these indicators,aging indexes of G^(*)and G^(*)·sinδare proved to be the evaluation index with high discrimination degree,while aging indexes of unrecoverable creep compliance J_(nr) are proved to the evaluation index with low discrimination degree.
