摘 要:通过在不同温度及应力条件下进行单轴静载蠕变试验,探讨了密实型聚氨酯混合料应力应变的变化。通过分析蠕变曲线获得不同温度下的蠕变柔量曲线,并将其与七参量模型的拟合结果进行比较。研究结果表明,试验数据与模型拟合结果相对吻合。基于七参量模型,进一步分析了聚氨酯路面在不同温度、荷载及路面组合类型条件下的竖向应力、剪应力、路面应变。结果表明,荷载对竖向应力和剪应力具有显著影响,且竖向变形主要在表层发生。这一发现表明密实型聚氨酯混合料在用作路面材料时具有较优越的抗变形性能。The stress-strain variations of thick polyurethane mixture were investigated using uniaxial static creep experiments at various temperatures and stress levels.Analyze the creep curves to get creep compliance curves at different temperatures,and compare them to the fitting findings of the seven-parameter model.According to the research findings,the experimental data is reasonably compatible with the model fitting results.Further investigation of the vertical stress,shear stress,and pavement strain of polyurethane pavement under varied temperature,load,and pavement combination conditions was performed using the seven-parameter model.The results show that the load has a substantial influence on vertical stress and shear stress and that vertical deformation occurs mostly in the surface layer.This finding suggests that dense polyurethane mixture have superior deformation resistance when utilized as road materials.
