摘  要:使用废钢渣替代水泥对黏性土地基进行加固,能使其以动剪切模量G和阻尼比D为代表的动力特性得到改善。但是钢渣相较于水泥活性低、水化速度慢、早期抗压强度增长不明显。通过对废钢渣的理化性质和水化机理的研究,探究在钢渣中加入不同含量的碱作为激发剂对固化土性能的影响。设置正交试验,将不同配合比的碱加入钢渣黏性土混合料中,养护规定龄期后,进行无侧限抗压试验(UCS)、共振柱试验(RCT)、扫描电镜试验(SEM)和X射线衍射试验(XRD),研究复合碱激发钢渣黏性土的动、静力学性能。试验结果表明,一定配合比下的碱激发剂可以使钢渣的水化速度加快,生成C-S-H、钙矾石等水化产物,无侧限抗压强度在早期快速增长,在后期相较于单一碱作激发剂时的强度损失更小,且使固化土的动剪切模量G有所提高。Using scrap steel slag instead of cement to strengthen cohesive soil foundation can improve its dynamic characteristics which represented by dynamic shear modulus G and damping ratio D.However,compared with cement,steel slag has low activity,slow hydration speed and no obvious increase in early compressive strength.Based on the study of physical and chemical properties and hydration mechanism of scrap steel slag,the influence of adding different contents of alkali into steel slag as activator on the properties of solidified soil was explored.Set up orthogonal experiments,add alkali with different mix ratios to the steel slag cohesive soil mixture,and after curing for a specified age,conduct unconfined compressive tests(UCS),resonance column tests(RCT),scanning electron microscopy tests(SEM),and X-ray diffraction tests(XRD)to study the dynamic and static properties of steel slag cohesive soil excited by composite alkali.The experimental results show that a certain mix ratio of alkali activator can accelerate the hydration rate of steel slag,generate hydration products such as C-S-H and ettringite,and increase the unconfined compressive strength rapidly in the early stage.In the later stage,the strength loss is smaller compared to using a single alkali activator,and the dynamic shear modulus G of the solidified soil is also increased.
