高强韧改性剂对高黏沥青及排水沥青混合料性能的影响

摘　　要：研发了一种新型高强韧改性剂,用以提升排水沥青混合料的模量、改善混合料综合性能、提高路面耐久性。设置了常规高黏剂、高强韧改性剂、掺配高黏剂3种改性剂方案,测试分析了不同类型改性剂对高黏沥青及排水沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明掺加高强韧改性剂减小了高黏沥青的延度,削弱了排水沥青混合料的低温抗开裂性能,使用掺配高黏剂改善高黏沥青和排水沥青混合料综合性能的效果最好;相比常规高黏剂,采用掺配高黏剂一定程度提升了排水沥青混合料的模量,提高了累计耗散能约10%,改善了排水沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能。高强韧改性剂可作为排水沥青混合料提升模量的一种改性剂材料,掺配比例需要结合工程需求进行配伍性设计。A new high toughness additive was developed to increase the modulus of porous asphalt mixture,improve the comprehensive performance of mixture and enhance the durability of pavement.Three kinds of modifiers,namely,conventional high viscosity additive,high toughness additive and mixed high viscosity additive,were set up,and the effects of different types of modifiers on the properties of high viscosity asphalt and porous asphalt mixture were tested and analyzed.The results show that the addition of high toughness additive can reduce the ductility of high viscosity asphalt and weaken the low temperature cracking resistance of porous asphalt mixture.The use of mixed high viscosity additive can improve the comprehensive performance of high viscosity asphalt and porous asphalt mixture best.Compared with the conventional high viscosity additive,the addition of mixed high viscosity additive can improve the modulus of porous asphalt mixture a certain extent,increase the cumulative dissipation energy by 10%,and enhance the anti-fatigue performance of porous asphalt mixture.The high toughness additive can be used as a modifier material to improve the modulus of porous asphalt mixture,and the mixing ratio needs to be designed for compatibility according to engineering requirements.
