摘 要:为提高疫苗运输的经济性与安全性,首先,在综合考虑医院或街道卫生服务中心等疫苗需求部门库存容量限制、多车型服务车队、灵活运输服务周期的前提下,以最小化冷链物流企业运输成本和疫苗需求部门缺货成本为目标,建立考虑多车型和灵活运输周期的混合整数非线性疫苗冷链库存路径优化模型,并通过线性化处理将其转化为线性模型。然后,以浙江省某中等规模城市案例验证了模型的可行性。结果分析表明:与固定车型、固定周期的疫苗配送模式相比,所提方法在兼顾疫苗需求部门库存供应和运输成本的基础上,可有效优化疫苗库存与运输方案。To improve the economy and safety of vaccine transportation,firstly,taking into account the inventory capacity limitations of vaccine demand departments such as hospitals or street health service centers,multi vehicle service fleets,and flexible transportation service cycles,a mixed integer nonlinear vaccine cold chain inventory path optimization model considering multi vehicle models and flexible transportation cycles is established with the goal of minimizing the transportation costs of cold chain logistics enterprises and the shortage costs of vaccine demand departments.This model is then transformed into a linear model through linearization.Then,the feasibility of the model was verified through a case study of a medium-sized city in Zhejiang Province.The result analysis shows that compared with the fixed vehicle model and fixed cycle vaccine distribution mode,the proposed method can effectively optimize vaccine inventory and transportation plans while taking into account the inventory supply and transportation costs of vaccine demand departments.
