摘 要:针对挤扩压力值是挤扩支盘桩直径、桩间距、支或盘设计与施工的重要依据,挤扩压力值可有效检验支盘桩的单桩承载力并进行设计动态调整。而挤扩压力值及其影响因素之间的相关性研究总体上较少,采用室内土工试验、现场试验和挤扩试验相结合的方法对该问题进行了分析。结果表明:挤扩压力值与压缩模量、标贯击数、直剪快剪强度参数(黏聚力、内摩擦角)、地基承载力特征值等参数均呈正线性相关性;根据相关性方程,可由上述参数推导出对应的挤扩压力值,为挤扩支盘桩的设计提供依据。挤扩支盘桩具有尺寸效应,桩身直径是影响尺寸效应的主要因素,各桩身直径情况下的挤扩压力值均具有强正线性相关性,根据相关性方程可换算得到不同直径的挤扩压力值,减少挤扩试验次数,提供效率和经济性。研究可为挤扩支盘桩的设计与施工提供试验数据支撑,有助于挤扩支盘桩的进一步推广应用,具有重要的实际工程意义。The value of extrusion and expansion pressure is an important basis for the design and construction of extrusion and expansion pile diameter,pile spacing,branch or plate.According to the value of extrusion and expansion pressure,the bearing capacity of single pile can be checked effectively and the dynamic adjustment of design can be made.However,there are few researches on the correlation between the value of extrusion pressure and its influencing factors,this problem is analyzed by the methods of indoor soil test,field test and extrusion and expansion test.The results show that the value of extrusion and expansion pressure is positively linear correlated with the compression modulus,the number of standard penetration,the strength parameters of direct shear(cohesion,internal friction Angle)and the characteristic value of foundation bearing capacity.According to the correlation equation,the corresponding value of extrusion and expansion pressure can be derived from the above parameters,which provides a basis for the design of extrusion and expansion pile.The squeezed branch pile has a size effect,the pile diameter is the main factor affecting the size effect.The extrusion pressure values of each pile diameter have strong positive linear correlation.The extrusion pressure values of different diameters can be converted from the correlation equation,and then reduce the number of extrusion and expansion tests,providing efficiency and economy.The research in this paper can provide test data support for the design and construction of the extruded and expanded branch pile,which is helpful to the further popularization and application of the extruded and expanded branch pile,and has important practical engineering significance.
