摘　　要：区域经济发展的差异化对戒毒康复工作的发展及成效产生显著影响。经济发达地区拥有更多资源和先进的管理方法,欠发达地区面临投入有限、偏远落后等挑战。通过文献综述、实地调研和案例分析等方法,对差异的现状及存在原因进行了深层次研究分析,结合广东等省份近20年的戒毒康复工作实践,提出构建“145”地域差异化戒毒康复模式,即构建“1”个全国戒毒康复工作主框架,结合经济发达地区、经济较发达地区、经济欠发达地区及少数民族自治区等特殊地区实际情况,在主型的基础上,探究“4”个地域发展差异化背景下的“5”种戒毒康复场所管理模式。期望为提高戒毒康复工作的有效性和针对性提供参考,为构建更加公平、高效的戒毒康复体系提供理论支持和实践指导。The differentiation of regional economic development has a significant impact on the development and effectiveness of drug rehabilitation work.Economically developed regions have more resources and advanced management methods,while less developed regions face challenges such as limited investment,remoteness and backwardness.Through methods such as literature review,field research and case analysis,a deep-level research and analysis of the current situation and causes of the differences is carried out.Combining with the drug rehabilitation work practice in provinces like Guangdong in the past 20 years,the"145"regional differentiated drug rehabilitation model is proposed,that is,to construct"1"main framework for the national drug rehabilitation work.Combining with the actual situations of economically developed regions,relatively economically developed regions,economically underdeveloped regions and special regions such as ethnic autonomous regions,on the basis of the main model,explore"5"management models of drug rehabilitation sites under the background of"4"regional development differences.It is expected to provide a reference for improving the effectiveness and pertinence of drug rehabilitation work,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for constructing a more fair and efficient drug rehabilitation system.
