摘  要:基于有机污染化合物多环芳烃(PAHs)在生态环境中具有毒性强、持久性且难降解的特点,目前最有效的清除方法是利用高效PAHs降解菌降解。降解菌的降解效率受诸多因素的影响,其中包括多环芳烃本身的性质、降解菌在环境中的生物种群、营养元素状况(包括氮磷源)和环境参数(如温度、盐浓度以及pH值等)等。本文从降解菌种类、多菌种共代谢作用、共代谢底物对降解效率的影响以及PAHs降解菌影响降解的因素等方面对PAHs降解菌的研究进展进行了综述。Based on the characteristics of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),an organic pollutant compound,which are highly toxic,persistent and difficult to degrade in the ecological environment,the most effective and complete degradation method of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is using highly efficient polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria at present.The degradation efficiency of degrading bacteria is affected by many factors,including the number of benzene rings in polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,molecular weight,microbial population,electron receptors,nutrient element status(including nitrogen and phosphorus sources),environmental parameters(such as temperature,salt concentration and pH).The research progress of PAHs degrading bacteria was been reviewed in terms of the types of degrading bacteria,the co-metabolic effects of multiple strains,the influence of co-metabolic substrates on degradation efficiency,and the factors affecting degradation by PAHs degrading bacteria.
