摘 要:渤海地区某油田清水剂管线多次出现腐蚀现象,严重影响生产流程稳定性。经调查发现在用的阳离子型高分子聚合物清水剂Q-418具有腐蚀性,导致316L不锈钢管线产生化学腐蚀。经综合分析判断,更换新型清水剂是最佳解决办法。通过多次筛选和试验,确定聚丙烯酰胺清水剂Q-439最适合该油田生产工况,且不具腐蚀性。The water clarifier pipeline of an oilfield in Bohai Sea has been corroded for many times,which seriously affects the stability of the oilfield production process.After investigation,it was found that the cationic high molecular polymer water clarifier Q-418 was corrosive,resulting in chemical corrosion of 316L stainless steel pipeline.Through comprehensive analysis,it was concluded that the best solution was to replace the new water clarifier.Through multiple screening and tests,it was determined that the polyacrylamide water clarifier Q-439 was most suitable for the production conditions of the oilfield and was not corrosive.
