摘  要:目的了解北京市某高校大学生的营养素养水平现况及其影响因素,为制定有效的营养健康教育策略提供理论依据。方法于2024年10月,采用方便抽样方法抽取北京大学医学部大一、大二年级的部分本科生作为研究对象,调查其营养素养水平。采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响大学生营养素养水平的主要因素。结果共纳入888名大学生,其总体的营养素养水平为6.3%,知识与理念、选择食物、制作食物、摄入食物4个维度的营养素养水平分别为84.7%、15.0%、15.3%、9.9%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,以女生为参照,男生的营养素养水平较低,OR值为0.137(95%CI:0.062~0.305);以肥胖为参照,BMI分组为消瘦的大学生营养素养水平较低,OR值为0.240(95%CI:0.090~0.645)。结论北京市某高校大学生的营养素养水平较低,性别、BMI是其主要影响因素。因此,未来相关部门开展营养健康教育工作应适度关注男性、消瘦的大学生。Objective To understand the level of nutritional literacy and its influencing factors among college students in a university in Beijing,and to provide theoretical basis for formulating effective nutritional health education strategies.Methods In October 2024,a convenient sampling method was used to select some freshmen and sophomores from Peking University Health Science Center as the research subjects to investigate their nutritional literacy level.Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the main factors associated with nutritional literacy in college students.Results A total of 888 college students were included.The level of nutrition literacy was 6.3%.The levels of nutrition literacy in knowledge and concept,food selection,food preparation and food intake were 84.7%,15.0%,15.3%,9.9%,respectively.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the nutritional literacy level of boys was lower than that of girls,and the OR value was 0.137(95%CI:0.062-0.305).With obesity as the reference,the nutritional literacy level of college students with BMI group of wasting was lower,and the OR value was 0.240(95%CI:0.090-0.645).Conclusion The level of nutrition literacy of college students in a certain university in Beijing is low,with gender and BMI being the main influencing factors.Therefore,relevant departments should pay appropriate attention to male,underweight college students when conducting nutrition and health education work in the future.
