基于健康信念模式的中学生牙线使用行为干预效果评价

摘  要:目的评价基于健康信念模式的牙线使用行为综合干预对改善中学生牙线使用情况和牙线相关知识的效果,为在中学生中推广牙线使用提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取某试点学校初一学生(10个班级)作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组(各5个班级)。对照组采用空白对照,干预组采用基于健康信念模式的牙线使用行为综合干预,采用χ^(2)检验比较2组学生干预前后的牙线使用率和牙线相关知识正确率等。结果干预前,干预组和对照组牙线使用率分别为48.76%和50.52%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组牙线使用率为85.07%,高于对照组(63.40%),且2组干预后均高于干预前;干预组中72人(42.11%)以全面清洁牙齿为目的使用牙线,25人(14.62%)牙线使用频次≥3次/d,均高于对照组,且高于干预前;干预组6道牙线相关知识题目正确率为65.17%~90.55%,均高于对照组的22.68%~44.33%,且高于干预前;以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于健康信念模式的牙线使用行为干预活动能有效提高中学生的牙线使用率和牙线相关知识正确率,从而有利于改善口腔卫生。Objective To evaluate the effect of a comprehensive intervention based on Health Belief Model(HBM)for improving dental floss use behavior among middleschool students,and to provide evidence for the promotion of dental floss use among middle school students.Methods Using convenience sampling method,students from 10 classes in Grade 1st in a junior high school were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into intervention group and control group(5 classes each).The control group received blank control,while the intervention group received comprehensive intervention on floss use behavior based on HBM.Theχ^(2)test was used to compare the rate of floss use and the accuracy rate of dental floss related knowledge between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before intervention,the rates of floss use in intervention group and the control group were 48.76%and 50.52%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After intervention,the rate of floss use in intervention group was 85.07%,which was higher than that of control group(63.40%),and the rates after intervention in both groups were higher than before intervention.In intervention group,72 people(42.11%)used floss for comprehensively cleaning their teeth,and 25 people(14.62%)used dental floss 3 times or more per day,both of them were higher than that in control group and higher than before the intervention.The accuracy rates of knowledge related to floss use in intervention group were 65.17%to 90.55%,which were higher than that in control group(22.68%to 44.33%)and higher thanbefore the intervention.The differences above were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The interventionon floss use behavior based on HBM could effectively improve the dental floss use and dental floss related knowledge among middle school students,thereby benefiting the improvement of oral hygiene.
