摘  要:吴经熊《圣咏译义初稿》对圣经词汇的儒家化翻译,展现出他对中西文化会通的深入思考。他以《诗经》为媒介沟通天与上帝观念,构建“人神相通而有差”的宗教观,以突破基督教在中国化时囿于世俗伦理层面的困境。此观念派生出“爱”“畏”两条脉络,交织构成吴氏宗教体验,并在儒耶会通的视域下得到进一步阐发。作为补充,吴经熊通过《圣咏》翻译提出“正心诚意”“居仁由义”“默识心通”等主题,以实现其“超越东西方”的目标。In Shengyong yiyi chugao,John C.H.Wu uses vocabulary in Confucian classics to translate Psalms,showing his in-depth thinking about the cultural communication between China and the West.He combines the concept of God and Chinese"Tian"by using the Book of Songs,so as to construct a religious view that"humanity and God are interlinked but different,"cutting through the difficulties that the constraints of layers of secular ethics had brought to the Sinicization of Christianity.The concept derives two themes of Psalms,love and fear,which are intertwined to form Wu's religious experience,and has been further elucidated from the perspective of the signified combination of Christianity and Confucianism.In addition,through his translations of the Psalms,Wu proposed themes of"rectifying the mind and bringing sincerity,"'"lodging benevolence in righteousness,"and"in tacit understanding minds communicate"to achieve his goal of going"beyond East and West."
