摘 要:随着特高压大容量输电技术发展,电力变压器额定容量和电压等级的不断提升对变压器绕组导线的机械性能和导电性能提出了更高的要求。在铜基中加入石墨烯,提升铜的机械、导电、导热等特性来用作新的变压器绕组材料可极大提升变压器的性能和电能传输效率。综合国内外研究现状,介绍了几种石墨烯/铜复合材料的基本结构,通过对石墨烯/铜复合材料不同改性方式的论述,揭示了如何解决石墨烯团聚和界面结合问题的机制,阐述了石墨烯/铜复合材料的研究进展,并对目前研究存在的不足进行了总结和探讨,最后展望了石墨烯/铜复合材料改性调控方法的下一步发展方向。With the development of UHV(Ultra High Voltage)large-capacity transmission technology,the continuous improvement of rated capacity and voltage level of power transformers puts forward higher requirements for the mechanical properties and conductivity of winding wires.Adding graphene to the copper base can improve the mechanical,electrical,and thermal properties of copper,and become a new winding material,which can greatly improve the performance and power transmission efficiency of transformers.The basic structure of several graphene/copper composites is introduced,the mechanism of how to solve the problem of graphene agglomeration and interfacial bonding is revealed through the discussion of different modification methods of graphene/copper composites,the research progress of graphene/copper composites is expounded,and the shortcomings of the current research are summarized and discussed.The next development direction of the modification control method of graphene/copper composites is prospected.
