摘  要:通过采用真空电磁感应悬浮熔炼技术制备了NiCrAlCu精密电阻合金铸锭,通过控制原料选择并调整熔炼工艺参数,制备出成分含量控制准确且均匀性好的合金铸锭。重点研究了熔炼次数对合金铸锭微观组织、各元素分布规律以及氧元素含量的影响。结果表明:不同熔炼次数的合金铸锭表面无明显裂纹和缺陷,微观组织为典型的枝晶组织,二次枝晶间距在32~47μm。增加熔炼次数可提高合金铸锭各元素的成分均匀性,主元素Ni、Cr、Al、Cu的标准偏差分别为0.101、0.091、0.033、0.020,微量元素Mn、Si、Zr的标准偏差分别为0.015、0.013、0.010,且不同位置的氧元素含量均在0.001%以下。The NiCrAlCu precision resistance alloy ingots were prepared by using vacuum electromagnetic induction suspension melting technology.The alloy ingots with precise composition control and good uniformity were prepared through controlling the selection of raw materials and adjusting the melting process parameters.The focus was on the influence of melting times on the microstructure,distribution of various elements,and oxygen content of alloy ingots.The results show that there are no obvious cracks or defects on the surface of alloy ingots with different melting times,and the microstructure is a typical dendritic structure with a secondary dendrite spacing between 32-47μm.Increasing the melting frequency can significantly improve the compositional uniformity of various elements in alloy ingots.The standard deviations of the main elements Ni,Cr,Al,and Cu are 0.101,0.091,0.033,and 0.020,respectively,and the standard deviations of trace elements Mn,Si,and Zr are 0.015,0.013,and 0.010,respectively.In addition,the oxygen content at different positions is below 0.001%.
