摘 要:采用不同退火温度对冷变形态镍钛合金纤维进行处理,最终获得3种加载/卸载应力平台和弹性模量呈梯度分布的镍钛合金纤维。结果表明:随退火温度升高,冷变形态镍钛合金纤维相变滞后呈线性增大趋势,同时代表应力水平的相变峰宽呈线性降低趋势。此外,在一定退火温度范围内,可实现镍钛合金纤维加载/卸载应力平台和弹性模量精确可控、梯度分布,且合金相变特征温度、带载电阻率特性均趋于一致和稳定,可为微驱动领域用镍钛合金纤维结构设计和成型提供参考。Lanzhou Seemine Keli Advanced Material Co.,Ltd.;Provincial Engineering Lab of SMA materials in Gansu;Lanzhou Seemine Shape Memory Alloy Co.,Ltd.;Nitinol were cold-worked and treated with varying annealing temperatures,three types of nitinol fibers with gradient distributions of loading/unloading stress platforms and elastic moduli were obtained.Results indicate that with the increase in annealing temperature,the phase transformation hysteresis of the cold-worked nitinol fibers exhibited a gradient increase,while the phase transformation peak width,representing the stress level,show a gradient decrease.Additionally,within a certain range of annealing temperatures,it is possible to achieve precisely controllable loading/unloading stress platforms and elastic moduli for the nitinol fibers.Furthermore,the phase transformation characteristic temperature and load-bearing resistivity characteristics of the alloy fibers tend to be consistent and stable,which can bring convenience to the design and forming of nitinol fiber structures for micro-actuation applications.
