摘 要:液压马达摩擦副材料容易受到高温作用的影响,出现不同程度的磨损,从而降低液压马达摩擦副的可靠性并缩短其使用寿命,因此将30%碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料(PEEK450CA30)作为研究对象制备摩擦副材料,研究高温环境对液压马达摩擦副材料磨损性能的影响。采用PEEK450CA30制备摩擦副材料,通过高温摩擦磨损试验机测试试样在不同高温环境下的磨损性能。经测试可知:在750℃高温环境下向摩擦副试样分别施加360、480和600 N载荷时,试样摩擦系数均稳定保持在0.4~0.5,同时,在高温摩擦试验过程中,试样的体积磨损率与质量磨损率均逐渐下降,说明试样在长期磨损后表面逐渐光滑,从而使材料磨损量下降;当在100~700℃向试样施加摩擦力时,随着温度的增高,试样磨损系数、磨损量逐渐上升,其中,试样上端面磨损量最高达到450 mg左右,下端面磨损量最高达到400 mg左右,明显处于较小状态,由此可见,该方法设计的摩擦副材料可在高温环境下仍然保持良好的耐磨损性能。The friction pair materials of hydraulic motor are easily affected by high temperature,and appear different degrees of wear,which reduces the reliability of the friction pair of hydraulic motor and shortens its service life.Therefore,30%carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone composite(PEEK450CA30)is used as the research object to prepare the friction pair materials,and the effect of high temperature environment on the wear performance of the friction pair materials of hydraulic motor is studied.The friction pair materials were prepared by PEEK450CA30,and the wear properties of the samples in different high temperature environments were tested by high temperature friction and wear tester.The test results show that when 360,480 and 600 N loads are applied to the friction pair samples at 750℃,the friction coefficient of the samples is stable between 0.4 and 0.5,and the volume wear rate and mass wear rate of the samples are gradually decreased during the high temperature friction test,indicating that the surface of the samples is gradually smooth after long-term wear,thus reducing the wear amount of the materials;When the friction force is applied to the sample at 100-700℃,the wear coefficient and wear amount of the sample gradually increase with the increase of temperature.The maximum wear amount of the upper end face of the sample is about 450 mg,and the maximum wear amount of the lower end face is about 400 mg,which is obviously in a small state.It can be seen that the friction pair material designed by this method can still maintain good wear resistance in high temperature environment.
