摘  要:采用激光共聚焦显微镜、光学显微镜、扫描电镜分析了合金化热镀锌IF钢剪边断面亮点缺陷的形貌和组织。结果表明:亮点侧剪边断面由塌角、剪切带和毛刺构成,剪切带存在沿剪切方向的塑性流动和纤维状条纹流线、毛刺位置流线密集。由于剪切带呈向下外凸,较大的剪边毛刺凸出剪边断面,形成亮点缺陷。生产过程中调大圆盘剪刀片侧向间隙可以形成向下内凹的小毛刺,从而防止产生剪边断面亮点。The morphology and microstructure of bright spot defects on the sheared edge cross-section of galvannealed IF steel were investigated by laser scanning confocal microscopy,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the cross-section of trimming surface are composed of corner collapse,shear band,which characterized by plastic flow in the shearing direction and fibrous striated flow lines,and densely flow lines burr.The larger burrs are protruding from the edge cross-section because of the outward convex shape of the shear band and presenting with the bright spot defect.Increasing the lateral clearance of the disk cutter blades can lead to the formation of smaller,inwardly concave burrs and effectively prevent the emergence of the bright spot defects.
