摘 要:在重金属超标农田中,农产品的安全性备受关注。为系统研究浙西重金属超标农田典型农产品稀土元素含量及其对人体健康的影响,在土壤重金属超标农田集中区采集分析了青菜、白萝卜、油菜和胡柚等农产品样本,并分析其中的主要重金属(Cd、Hg、As、Cu、Zn和Ni)以及16种稀土元素的含量。结果显示,农产品中的重金属超标情况较为严重,其中胡柚Cd含量超标率为14.28%,白萝卜样品的As、Cd、Hg含量超标率分别为33.33%、22.22%和11.11%,而油菜样品中的As、Cd含量超标率均为33.33%。蔬菜样品中总稀土含量在3264.00~5553.15μg/kg,白萝卜含量最高,油菜次之,青菜最低。与此相反,胡柚中总稀土含量仅为449.51μg/kg,远低于蔬菜。相关性分析表明,农产品总稀土元素、轻稀土和重稀土的含量与重金属整体上存在显著相关性,呈现同步增加的趋势,反映在后期土壤修复过程中应该综合考虑农产品对两者富集的协同性。居民通过食用这些农产品带来的日均摄入稀土元素的总量为8.01μg/(kg·d),且日摄入量最大值为17.67μg/(kg·d),均远低于不安全剂量和亚临床损害剂量。这表明该研究区日常农产品摄入对REEs的健康风险是可以接受的。In the farmlands with heavy metal excess,the safety of produce is of great concern.In order to systematically study the content of rare earth elements(REEs)in the typical produce with excessive heavy metals in western Zhejiang and their influence on human health,the samples of produce such as green vegetables,white radish,rape and pomelo are collected and analyzed in the concentrated areas of farmlands where heavy metals exceed the standard,and the contents of the main heavy metals(Cd,Hg,As,Cu,Zn,and Ni)and 16 rare earth elements are also analyzed.The results show that the situation about the heavy metals in the produce exceeding the standards is quite serious.The exceeding rate of Cd content in the pomelo samples is 14.28%,and the exceeding rates of As,Cd,and Hg contents in the white radish samples are 33.33%,22.22%and 11.11%respectively,while the exceeding rates of As and Cd contents in the rape samples are both 33.33%.The total rare earth content in the vegetable samples ranges from 3264.00 to 5553.15μg/kg,The REE content of the white radishs is the highest,the rape is of the second REE contents,and green vegetables are of the lowest REE contents.In contrast,the total rare earth content of the pomelo is only 449.51μg/kg,much lower than vegetables.The correlation analysis indicates the content of total rare earth elements,light rare earth and heavy rare earth in produce are significantly correlated with heavy metals as a whole,showing a synchronous increasing trend,it reflects that we should consider synthetically the enrichment synergy of the both(REEs and heavy metals)of the produce in the later soil remediation process.The average daily intake of rare earth elements by residents through eating these produce is 8.01μg/(kg·d)with the maximum daily intake of 17.67μg/(kg·d),the both are well below unsafe and subclinically damaging doses.This indicates that the health risks to REEs from daily produce intake in the study area are acceptable.
