摘 要:承德某地磷矿石为高磷、低铁、高钛矿石,矿石中P_(2)O_(5)品位9.16%~24.62%、TFe品位9.97%~11.84%、TiO_(2)含量4.67%~6.07%,矿石可选性好。由于破碎后物料直接干选时尾矿中磷品位较高,造成磷资源损失严重,生产成本较高。为提升入选矿石品位,同时提高磷回收率,对该磷矿破碎后抛尾工艺进行技改优化,采用新型强磁干选机对-20+16mm干选尾矿进行进一步处理,技改后有效提高入选矿石P_(2)O_(5)品位2%左右。The phosphate ore in a place of Chengde is high phosphorus,low iron,and high titanium ore.The P2O5 grade is 9.16%~24.62%,the TFe grade is 9.97%~11.84%,and the TiO2 content is 4.67%~6.07%in the ore.The ore has good sortability.Due to the high phosphorus grade of the tailings obtained from the direct dry separation of crushed materials,consequently,the loss of phosphorus resources is serious and the production cost is high.In order to improve the grade of the selected ore and increase the phosphorus recovery rate,the tailings disposal process after crushing the phosphate ore is optimized through technological transformation.A new type of high-intensity magnetic dry separator is used to further process the-20+16mm dry tailings.After the technological transformation,the P2O5 grade of the selected ore is effectively improved by about 2%.
