摘 要:受风浪流等海洋环境荷载作用,浮式风机基础(FOWT)会产生六自由度运动,影响风机运行稳定性。调谐液体多柱阻尼器(TLMCD)从结构减振领域中广泛应用的调谐液柱阻尼器发展而来,若将其应用于浮式风机,有望提升风机运行的稳定性。为研究带开孔隔板的TLMCD水动力特性,该文使用开源CFD软件OpenFOAM对强迫纵荡激励下三柱式TLMCD内流动进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明:自由液面高度幅值和纵摇力矩幅值在激励周期接近结构固有周期时显著增大,而纵摇力矩与激励的相位差随激励周期增大在180°与0°之间变化,在共振频率时接近90°。通过减去左右液面高度差所致静力矩得到动力矩,发现该力矩始终为负值,且其幅值与速度相关。加入开孔隔板后,TLMCD内流动所受阻尼增大,同时固有周期增大。开孔率25%时,TLMCD的水动力特性随激励周期变化的规律与无隔板时的相似,但固有周期附近的力矩幅值显著减小,且相位差的变化趋势较为平缓。Subjected to environmental loads from waves and wind,the foundation of a floating offshore wind turbines(FOWT)will produce six-degree-of-freedom motions,which will affect the stability of the supported wind turbine.Tuned liquid multi-column damper(TLMCD)is developed from the tuned liquid column damper,which is widely used in the field of structural vibration reduction.And TLMCD is expected to improve operational stability if it was applied to an FOWT.In order to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of TLMCD with orifice plates,the open source CFD software OpenFOAM is adopted in this work to simulate the internal flow of a three-column TLMCD under forced surge excitation.Results show that the amplitudes of free surface elevation and pitching moment increase significantly when the excitation period approaches the natural period of the structure.Meanwhile,the phase difference between the pitching moment and the excitation varies from 180°to 0°with the increase of the excitation period,reaching close to 90°at the resonance frequency.A dynamic moment is obtained by subtracting the static moment caused by the height difference between columns from the total moment.It is found that the dynamic moment is always negative,and its amplitude is closely related to the excitation speed.When orifice plates are added,the damping ratio and the natural period of the TLMCD increase.When the opening ratio is 25%,the variation of hydrodynamic characteristics of the TLMCD with respect to the excitation period is similar to that without the orifice plates,but the amplitude of the hydrodynamic moment near the natural period is significantly reduced,and the variation trend of the phase difference is relatively gentle.
