摘  要:为解决铸锻一体成型转向节热处理鼓泡问题,运用MAGMA软件对转向节压铸过程进行模拟,分析缺陷产生原因,对铸件结构和浇排系统进行优化改进,使用MAGMA软件中的DOE分析对浇注温度、模具温度和注射速度等工艺参数进行优化。对优选的方案进行试制验证,生产的转向节没有出现鼓泡等其他缺陷,内外部质量良好,屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率较原工艺分别提升了7.9%、16%、61.5%,并通过台架试验考核验证。In order to solve the problem of bubbling after heat treatment of casting-forging integrated forming steering knuckle, the casting process of steering knuckle was simulated by MAGMA software, and the causes of defects were analyzed.The casting structure and the gating system were refined.DOE analysis in MAGMASOFT was used to optimize the process parameters such as pouring temperature, mold temperature and pouring speed.The optimal scheme was trial-produced.The produced steering knuckles did not appear the bubbling and other defects, and the internal and external quality is good.Compared with the original process, the yield strength, tensile strength and elongation were increased by 7.9%,16% and 61.5% respectively.It had been verified by bench test.
