摘  要:以建筑渣土泥浆为成孔剂,矿渣粉、水泥为胶凝材料,设计制备建筑渣土再生多孔材料,用作保温芯材与建筑垃圾再生混凝土复合,获取建筑垃圾再生夹芯墙板,开展性能测试与节能效能评估。研究表明:胶凝材料56 kg/m^(3),泥浆1 279 kg/m^(3)时,可以获得干密度为745 kg/m^(3),导热系数为0.108 W/(m·K)的再生多孔材料;利用该再生多孔材料与建筑垃圾再生混凝土可制备出抗压强度为17.7 MPa、传热系数为0.81 W/(m^(2)·K)的夹芯墙板;墙板在夏热冬冷地区应用最多可减少125.2 MJ/m^(2)的能耗,减少建筑碳排放10.5 kg/(m^(2)·a)。Recycled porous materials based on construction dregs were prepared, when construction dreg slurry was used as pore-forming agent, slag and cement were used as binders, and then the materials were used as insulation materials and compounded with construction and demolition waste(CDW) recycled concrete to fabricate CDW recycled sandwich wall panels, and then performance test and energy-saving efficiency evaluation were conducted.The results show that the dreg slurry of 1 279 kg/m^(3) and binder of 56 kg/m^(3) can be used to obtain recycled porous material with actual dry density of 745 kg/m^(3)and thermal conductivity of 0.108 W/(m·K).Using the insulation material and CDW recycled concrete can obtain sandwich wall panel with compressive strength of 17.7 MPa and heat transfer coefficient of 0.81 W/(m^(2)·K) under dried state.Applying the wall panel in hot summer and cold winter zone can lead to reduction of 125.2 MJ/m^(2) energy consumption and 10.5 kg/(m^(2)·a) of carbon emission.
