摘  要:通过压蒸试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温-10℃小梁弯曲试验及高温-浸水-重载耦合车辙试验综合评价了钢渣SMA-13沥青混凝土的长期使用耐久性。结果表明:钢渣的压蒸粉化率较小,体积安定性良好,可用作沥青混凝土的粗集料。在长期60℃浸水条件下,钢渣SMA-13沥青混凝土的体积膨胀率达到0.75%,切片试件中未出现裂纹等现象,浸水残留稳定度为92.9%,冻融循环后的劈裂强度比为88.9%,低温峰值应变能达到3 038μm。同时,经过耦合车辙试验,钢渣SMA-13沥青混凝土的累计RD<3mm,表明钢渣SMA-13沥青混凝土具有良好的体积稳定性、水稳性、低温抗裂性、抗车辙性能以及长期使用耐久性。The long-term durability of steel slag SMA-13 asphalt concrete was evaluated through autoclave testing, immersed Marshall tests, freeze-thaw splitting tests, low-temperature-10 ℃ beam bending tests, and high temperature-immersed-heavy load coupled rutting tests.The results indicate that the steel slag has low autoclave pulverization rate and good volume stability, making it suitable as a coarse aggregate for asphalt concrete.Under long-term immersion at 60 ℃,the volume expansion rate of steel slag SMA-13 asphalt concrete reaches 0.75%,with no cracks observed in the sliced specimens, an immersed residual stability of 92.9%,a split strength ratio after freeze-thaw cycles of 88.9%,and a low-temperature peak strain reaching 3 038 μm.Additionally, after the coupled rutting test, the cumulative RD of steel slag SMA-13 asphalt concrete is <3 mm, indicating good volume stability, water stability, rut resistance, and long-term durability.
