摘 要:在竞争日益激烈的建筑市场,投标报价是建筑企业重要的业务活动。投标策略的选择是一个两难问题,即投标报价应“足够低”从而能够顺利中标,同时又应“尽量高”而让企业获得必要的利润。该文从建筑企业的角度出发,以项目管理理论和战略管理理论为基础,分析影响投标决策的多种因素,包括项目层面、企业层面和行业层面的影响因素。建立系统动力学模型模拟项目全生命周期的项目绩效情况以及其对企业战略发展的影响,为建筑企业科学投标决策提供分析手段。Bidding is an important business activity for all construction companies.When selecting a suitable bidding strategy, the company is in a dilemma that the price shall be low enough to win the bid and high enough to earn profits.This paper, from the perspective of bidding companies, based on theories of project management and strategic management, analyzes various influencing factors for bidding strategies, including issues at the project level, company level and industry level when analyzing bidding strategies, explores the relationships among the factors and simulates the interactions among the factors with a system dynamics(SD) model.The model is used to evaluate the impacts of a project's bidding strategy on the company's strategy in the long run.Although the case study focuses on a mining project, the model established and the findings discovered are also useful for all construction companies.
