摘 要:混凝土材料抗冲击性能是影响装配式防撞护栏安全性的重要因素,文中设计了低掺聚甲醛(POM)纤维和钢纤维增韧混凝土配合比,通过落球冲击试验结果分析选出推荐配合比。采用推荐配合比增韧混凝土作为护栏材料,进行车撞模拟,从导向性能、阻挡性能、缓冲性能等方面,进行增韧混凝土与普通混凝土护栏的防撞性能增韧对比分析。结果表明:低掺量下当POM纤维掺量为1.2kg/m3,钢纤维掺量为20 kg/m3时,混杂纤维混凝土的抗冲击性能得到较大地提升,同时性价比相对较高。混凝土增韧显著提升了装配式护栏的综合性能,相比于普通混凝土护栏,碰撞过程中时间稍微延长0.02 s,碰撞力峰值降低了267 kN,纵向和横向加速度峰值分别降低了35 m/s^(2)和20 m/s^(2),损伤较轻,具备更佳的吸能缓冲效果。Concrete material impact resistance is an important factor affecting the safety of assembled collision guardrail, this paper designs a low-doped polyacetal(POM) fibre and steel fibre toughened concrete proportion, and selects the recommended proportion through the analysis of the results of the falling ball impact test.Using the recommended mix ratio toughened concrete as guardrail material, car crash simulation, from the guiding performance, blocking performance, buffer performance, etc.,toughened concrete and ordinary concrete guardrail crash performance toughening comparison analysis.The results show that the impact resistance of the mixed-fibre concrete is greatly improved when the POM fibre dosage is 1.2 kg/m~3 and the steel fibre dosage is 20 kg/m~3 at low dosage, while the cost-effectiveness is relatively high.Concrete toughening significantly improves the comprehensive performance of the assembled guardrail, compared with the ordinary concrete guardrail, the collision process time is slightly extended by 0.02 s, the peak collision force is reduced by 267 kN,the peak longitudinal and transverse acceleration is reduced by 35 m/s^(2) and 20 m/s^(2),respectively, and the damage is lighter, with a better energy-absorbing buffer effect.
