某制糖企业米蛾养殖及赤眼蜂卡片制作的职业病危害因素识别及关键控制点分析

摘  要:目的探讨某制糖企业生物制品所米蛾养殖及赤眼蜂卡片生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其关键控制点,为作业人员职业健康保护提供科学依据。方法于2019年12月、2020年6月,分别采用职业卫生学调查法和职业病危害因素检测分析法,对广西壮族自治区某制糖企业米蛾养殖及赤眼蜂卡片生产作业场所中存在的粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳等职业病危害因素进行调查和检测,对照国家职业卫生标准GBZ 2.1-2019综合评判其危害情况。结果米蛾鳞片粉尘、米蛾虫卵粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳等为米蛾养殖及赤眼蜂卡片制作过程中存在的职业病有害因素,但空气中米蛾鳞片粉尘、米蛾虫卵粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳等浓度均在国家职业卫生接触限值标准要求范围之内,其中米蛾鳞片粉尘(总尘0.75~1.05mg/m^(3))、米蛾虫卵粉尘(总尘0.98~1.53mg/m^(3))、一氧化碳(CTWA0.06~0.1mg/m^(3),CSTEL0.1mg/m^(3))、二氧化碳(CTWA3.4×10^(2)~2.0×10^(3) mg/m^(3),CSTEL5.9×10^(2)~2.1×10^(3) mg/m^(3))。微小气候指标方面,赤眼蜂繁殖室、做卡操作室、米蛾养殖室3的微小气候指标被判定为不合格,其中赤眼蜂繁殖室的相对湿度为61%、风速为0.23m/s;做卡操作室的相对湿度为63%、风速为0.21m/s;米蛾养殖室3的干球温度为25.2℃、风速为0.27m/s。米蛾养殖及虫卵卡片制作过程中职业病危害的关键控制点为做卡操作室、赤眼蜂繁殖室、米蛾养殖室。结论米蛾鳞片粉尘、米蛾虫卵粉尘为米蛾养殖及赤眼蜂卡片制作生产过程中的主要职业病危害因素,虽然低于国家职业卫生接触限值标准要求,但其对工人健康的危害不容忽视;做卡操作室、赤眼蜂繁殖室、米蛾室作为制糖企业米蛾养殖及赤眼蜂卡片制作的职业病危害关键控制点。Objective To explore the occupational disease hazards and key control points in the breeding of Corcyra cephalonica(rice moth)and the production of Trichogrammacards in a sugar manufacturing bioproducts facility,so as to provide a scientific basis for the protection of workers'occupational health.Methods In December 2019and June 2020,the occupational health survey method and the occupational disease hazard factor detection and analysis method were used to investigate and detect occupational disease hazards such as dust,carbon monoxide,and carbon dioxide in the workplaces of the breeding of Corcyra cephalonicaand the production of Trichogrammacards at a sugar manufacturing enterprise in the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.The investigation and detection were carried out in comparison with the national occupational health standard GBZ 2.1-2019to comprehensively assess the hazards.Results Dust from the Corcyra cephalonicascales and eggs,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,and other harmful factors are present in the breeding of Corcyra cephalonicaand the production process of Trichogrammacards.The concentrations of these hazards in the air,such as dust fromCorcyra cephalonicascales(total dust:0.75-1.05mg/m^(3)),dust fromCorcyra cephalonicaeggs(total dust:0.98-1.53mg/m^(3)),carbon monoxide(CTWA:0.06-0.1mg/m^(3);CSTEL:0.1mg/m^(3)),and carbon dioxide(CTWA:3.4×10^(2)-2.0×10^(3) mg/m^(3);CSTEL:5.9×10^(2)-2.1×10^(3) mg/m^(3)),were all within the permissible limits specified by the national occupational health standards.However,in terms of microclimate,the indicators of the Trichogrammabreeding room,card production room,and Corcyra cephalonicabreeding room 3were found to be non-compliant.The relative humidity in the Trichogrammabreeding room was 61%,with a wind speed of 0.23m/s;the relative humidity in the card production room was 63%,with a wind speed of 0.21m/s;and the dry bulb temperature in the Corcyra cephalonica breeding room(3)was 25.2℃,with a wind speed of 0.27m/s.The key control points for occupational disease h
