摘 要:随着全球气候变化加剧,高温热浪和臭氧污染对肾脏健康的影响引起了广泛关注。既往研究表明,暴露于高温和高臭氧浓度与肾脏疾病密切相关。高温热浪可通过加剧氧化应激、脱水、热应激等多重机制导致肾脏损伤,而臭氧则可能通过促进氧化应激、炎症反应以及损害内皮功能等途径加剧肾脏病变。二者联合暴露会产生协同效应,加重健康风险。尽管已有大量研究探讨了两者对肾脏的独立影响,但其复合暴露的健康效应仍缺乏系统性评估。本文系统回顾了近年来关于高温和臭氧暴露对肾脏健康的流行病学研究和相关机制,并根据研究不足提出了未来研究方向,以期为肾脏病防控策略的制定提供科学依据。With the development of global climate change,the effects of heatwaves and ozone on kidney health has received significant attention.Existing studies suggest that exposure to high temperature and ozone concentration are significantly associated with kidney health.Heatwaves cause kidney damage through exacerbated oxidative stress,dehydration,and heat stress,while exposure to high ozone concentration may aggravate kidney pathology by promoting oxidative stress,inflammation,and endothelial dysfunction.Combined exposure to high temperature and ozone concentration can result in synergistic effects that amplify health risks.Although numerous studies have investigated the individual effects of heatwaves or ozone with renal health,a systematic evaluation of the health impacts due to combined exposure to temperature and ozone remains lacking.This review systematically examined recent epidemiological studies and mechanistic insights related to the association of heat and/or ozone exposure with kidney disease.It also identifies existing research gaps and proposed directions for future research,aiming to provide scientific evidence to support the development of strategies for prevention and management of kidney diseases.
