摘  要:Flood control operation,a non-engineering measure,can efficiently manage flood disasters within a river basin.However,numerous uncertainties exit in the real-time operation of flood control systems,creating risks in decision-making.As an efficient tool to mitigate these risks,risk management has garnered increasing attention in real-time flood control operation.This communication offers a series of suggestions for future research concerning risk management in real-time flood control operation,including risk assessment,risk diagnosis,and risk control methods.
