摘 要:舱筏隔振装置是控制潜艇机械噪声最有效的手段之一。现有的舱筏一般采用平板式结构,大型舱筏存在低频隔振效果不佳的问题。论文以某概念潜艇AIP动力舱为对象,提出了一种空间桁架式浮筏结构和横舱壁角基座支撑方案,并将液舱、管路与浮筏结构进行了集成设计和试验。试验研究表明:该方案具有良好的隔振效果,特别是在低频段;集成液舱可以起到抑制振动峰值的阻尼作用,从而提高系统的隔振效果;集成管路可有效隔离管路的振动传递,减小管路系统引起的艇体振动。研究结果可为大型舱筏隔振系统的设计提供参考。The cabin raft isolation system is one of the most effective ways to control underwater noise caused by submarine machinery.Cabin floating raft generally adopts flat raft structures,which leads to poor low-frequency vibration isolation effect of large cabin rafts.This paper proposes a floating raft with a space truss structure and a corner base supported on the bulkhead.The liquid tank,pipeline,and floating raft structure are integrated into the design for the AIP power cabin of a concept submarine.Experimental results show that the design scheme has a good vibration isolation effect,especially in the low-frequency range.The integrated liquid tank plays a damping role in suppressing vibration peaks.Vibration transmission in the integrated piping is effectively isolated and the hull vibration is reduced.The research results can provide a valuable reference for designing the cabin's large-scale floating raft vibration isolation system.
