摘  要:船用燃气轮机是舰艇的重要动力设备,受到水下爆炸、海浪砰击等冲击载荷作用后可能发生严重的安全事故,影响稳定运行。论文通过搭建船用燃气轮机缩比模型,开展稳定运行的燃气轮机模型在不同工况下的冲击试验,进行船用燃气轮机冲击响应机理研究。试验结果表明:由于船用燃气轮机内部连接刚度远大于底部隔振器刚度,燃气轮机机匣、支腿等结构的加速度冲击响应基本一致;机匣部位的应变对冲击载荷较敏感;燃气轮机转子系统的位移响应是不平衡激励响应和冲击激励响应的非线性叠加;冲击强度较弱时,不平衡激励有可能导致转轴位移峰值降低,冲击激励强度超过一定程度后,转轴位移响应峰值随冲击强度的增大而增大。Gas turbines are the important power equipment for naval vessels,serious safety accidents may occur when the vessels encounter underwater explosion or waves slamming.The stable running of gas turbines may be influenced.A scaled model is designed and used to conduct a series of impact tests on the stable operating conditions to study the impact mechanism of marine gas turbines.Because the connection stiffness of internal parts are more greater than the stiffness of isolators under the gas turbine,the dynamic acceleration responses of the case and support of the gas turbine are basically consistent.The case of the gas turbine is more sensitive to impact loads than the support and stator blades.The displacement response on the shaft of gas turbine rotor system is affected nonlinearly by the unbalanced and impact excitation.When the impact excitation is weaker,the unbalanced excitation may cause the decrease of displacement peak of the shaft.If the impact velocity exceeds a certain value,the displacement peak of the shaft will increase with the impact velocity.
