摘　　要：文章探讨了在共同富裕时代背景下,创新创业型商务英语人才培养的重要性、现状、面临的挑战以及相应的培养策略。通过对相关理论的分析和实际案例的研究,提出了构建多元化课程体系、加强实践教学、培养创新创业意识、提升师资队伍水平等具体措施。创新创业型商务英语人才将会为推动经济发展和社会进步做出贡献。This study explores the importance,current situation,challenges and corresponding strategies of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial business English talents in the context of the era of common prosperity.Through the analysis of relevant theories and the study of actual cases,specific measures such as constructing a diversified curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,cultivating the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and improving the level of the teaching staff are put forward.Innovative business English talents will contribute to promoting economic development and social progress.
