摘 要:海岛人地系统质量提升是实施陆海统筹、建设和美海岛的重要组成部分,也是改善海洋人居环境、协调区域发展的重要内容。然而,无序的开发进程引发了海岛人地失衡、海洋环境污染、海陆生态破坏等一系列问题,亟需针对性的质量评估及对策梳理。本研究以DPSIR框架为载体,融合GA-BP赋权模型,构建了海岛人地系统质量评估体系,并开展动态时序分析,揭示人地系统演进动因,进而提出了海岛人地系统优化对策。研究以岱山为实证,主要结论如下:(1)2013—2023年岱山人地系统质量处于中高波动状态,资源环境压力逐步释放,人地系统质量中响应和驱动力敏感性提升。(2)2013—2023年岱山各地区人地系统质量增长率空间差异显著,其中衢山、高亭和岱西人地系统质量增速位居前三位,东沙、长涂和秀山位于后三位,各地区人地系统质量差异可能在未来一段时间内仍将持续。(3)实证样本中,人地系统因子之间的耦合协调度平均上涨幅度约5.95%,到2023年仍处于“轻度失调”阶段,耦合协调度不足,区域生产、生活和生态演进的联动机制相对薄弱,导致人地系统稳定性和韧性不足。(4)人地系统质量的主要影响因素仍以驱动力和响应为主导,岱山目前仍以维持系统结构和功能稳定、应对外部扰动为主要任务,自我适应、调整、反馈能力相对不足。本研究为海岛人地系统研究提供了全新视角,旨在为中国海岛高质量发展提供科学依据。The improvement of the Man-Land System quality on islands is a critical aspect of implementing coordinated land-sea development and constructing beautiful islands.It is also essential to enhance the marine living environment and promote sustainable regional development.However,disorderly development has resulted in a series of issues,including imbalanced Man-Land System,marine environmental pollution,and ecological degradation,which necessitate targeted quality assessments and appropriate countermeasures.This study adopts the DPSIR framework and integrates the GA-BP weight assignment model to develop a robust Man-Land System quality evaluation system.Additionally,dynamic temporal analysis is conducted to explore the driving forces behind the evolution of the Man-Land System and propose viable optimization strategies.The study uses Daishan as a case study,and the main findings are as follows:(1)From 2013 to 2023,the quality of the Man-Land System in Daishan fluctuated at a medium-high level.Resource and environmental pressures gradually decreased,while the sensitivity and responsiveness of the Man-Land System quality to driving forces increased.(2)Between 2013 and 2023,there were significant spatial differences in the growth rates of the Man-Land System quality across various regions of Daishan.Quishan,Gaoting,and Daixi exhibited the highest growth rates,whereas Dongsha,Changtu,and Xiushan showed the lowest.These regional disparities in Man-Land System quality are expected to persist for some time.(3)The coupling coordination degree among the factors of the Man-Land System in the empirical sample increased by an average of approximately 5.95%.As of 2023,the system had been still in a"mildly imbalanced"stage.The insufficient coupling coordination,coupled with weak linkages between regional production,living,and ecological processes,led to a lack of stability and resilience within the Man-Land System.(4)The primary influencing factors on the Man-Land System quality remain to be driven mainly by responsiveness and dr
