语言经济学视域下的中国外语教育政策研究:经验、启示和建议

摘　　要：本文概述了语言经济学的基本研究内容和方法,讨论了语言经济学与外语教育及其政策的关系,在总结语言经济学关于外语教育政策研究经验的基础上,分析了语言经济学对中国外语教育政策的启示,进而提出五点建议。应充分认识语言的经济价值和效用,加强外语教育与经济关系研究;应加强外语教育资源的优化配置,进一步加大少数民族和边远地区的外语教育投入;应转变外语教育理念,助力中国参与全球治理;应尽快建立和完善外语教育政策评估机制;应加强研究成果转化应用,鼓励社会各界参与外语教育。This paper outlines the fundamental research content and methodologies of language economics and examines its relationship with foreign language education and related policies.Drawing on research insights from language economics regarding foreign language education policy,the paper analyzes the implications of language economics research for China's foreign language education policy and offers five recommendations.Firstly,it is crucial to fully acknowledge the economic value and utility of language,and to strengthen the research on the relationship between foreign language education and the economy.Secondly,efforts should be made to optimize the allocation of foreign language education resources with greater investment in minority and remote areas.Thirdly,the paradigms of foreign language education should be shifted to support China's participation in global governance.Fourthly,the establishment and improvement of a mechanism for evaluating foreign language education policy should be prioritized.Lastly,it is important to translate research findings into practice and encourage the participation of all social sectors in foreign language education.
