微针射频痤疮治疗仪联合胶原贴敷料在中重度痤疮中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨在中重度痤疮患者中应用微针射频痤疮治疗仪联合胶原贴敷料治疗后的效果和不良反应发生情况。方法 选取2020年4月至2022年4月在淮安市第二人民医院皮肤性病科就诊的寻常型中重度痤疮患者110例,随机分为联合组和单一组,每组55例。联合组接受微针射频痤疮治疗仪联合胶原贴敷料治疗,而单一组仅接受微针射频痤疮治疗仪治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果和不良反应发生率。结果 与单一组相比,治疗4周后,联合组的治疗有效率更高(85.45%vs 69.09%,χ^(2)=4.193,P=0.041)。两组组间痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分、痤疮特异性生活质量调查表(Acne-QoL)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在治疗4周后、治疗12周后GAGS评分均较治疗前降低,Acne-QoL评较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间总不良反应发生率的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 微针射频痤疮治疗仪在改善中重度痤疮患者皮损情况方面效果显著,不良反应发生率低,可考虑联合采用胶原贴敷料进行治疗。Objective To investigate the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of microneedle radiofrequency acne treatment combined with a collagen dressing in patients with moderate to severe acne.Methods A total of 110 patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris who visited the Department of Dermatology and Venereology in Huai'an Second People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into a combination group and a single group,with 55 patients in each group.The combined group received treatment with microneedle radiofrequency acne treatment device combined with collagen dressing,while the single group only received treatment with microneedle radiofrequency acne treatment device.The clinical outcomes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups of patients after treatment.Results Compared to the single group,the combination group showed a higher treatment effectiveness rate after 4 weeks(85.45%vs 69.09%,χ^(2)=4.193,P=0.041).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)scores and Acne Quality of Life(Acne-QoL)scores(P>0.05);both groups exhibited a reduction in GAGS scores and a increase in Acne-QoL scores after 4 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment compared to before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period did not differ significantly between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Micro-needle radiofrequency acne treatment devices show significant effects in improving skin lesions in patients with moderate to severe acne,with a low incidence of adverse reactions.Consideration may be given to combining this treatment with collagen dressings.
