摘　　要：运动康复是延缓慢性心力衰竭疾病进展的重要手段之一,但患者的运动康复参与率及依从性较低,严重影响疾病的健康结局。本文综述了慢性心力衰竭患者运动康复参与现状,并明确了患者参与运动康复的影响因素。医务人员可综合考虑患者自身条件并结合医疗环境为患者制定个性化的运动康复计划,并通过健康宣教、提高社会支持水平等方法提升患者运动康复参与率,从而延缓疾病进展。Exercise rehabilitation is one of the important means to delay the progression of chronic heart failure,but the participation rate and compliance of patients in exercise rehabilitation are low,which seriously affects the health outcomes of the disease.This article reviews the current status of exercise rehabilitation participation in patients with chronic heart failure and identifies the influencing factors of exercise rehabilitation participation.Medical personnel can comprehensively consider the patient's own conditions and medical environment to develop personalized exercise rehabilitation plans for patients,and improve the patient's participation rate in exercise rehabilitation through health education,increasing social support levels,and other methods,thereby delaying disease progression.
