摘  要:肺炎克雷伯菌(KP)是一种重要的多重耐药(MDR)病原菌,其可引起住院患者发生一系列感染。近年来随着抗生素广泛使用,KP医院感染率逐年攀升,甚至出现了同时具有MDR和高毒力性的碳青霉烯类耐药高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌(CR-hvKP),这给临床医生选择有效抗生素带来了严峻挑战。此外,KP的耐药机制复杂多样,并携带多种毒力因子。基于此,本文综述了KP的耐药机制、耐药基因及毒力因子的研究进展,以期更好地了解KP并制定高效可行的防治策略。Klebsiella pneumoniae(KP)is an important multidrug-resistant(MDR)pathogen,which can cause a series of infections in hospitalized patients.With the widespread use of antibiotics in recent years,the rate of KP hospital infections has been increasing year by year,and even the emergence of carbapenem-resistant highly virulent Klebsiella pneumoniae(CR-hvKP)with both MDR and high virulence has posed a serious challenge to clinicians in selecting effective antibiotics.In addition,KP has complex and diverse resistance mechanisms and carries multiple virulence factors.Based on this,this article reviews the research progress of resistance mechanisms,resistance genes and virulence factors of KP,in order to better understand KP and develop efficient and feasible prevention and treatment strategies.
