摘  要:传统的建筑物立面测量方法是应用全站仪进行测绘,内外业效率较低,获取的测绘数据较为单一。为此本文提出一种三维激光扫描技术,将其应用在建筑物立面测绘中,效率和精度较高且获取的测绘数据丰富多样。该技术通过高速扫描仪器将激光点云数据采集并转化为三维模型,能够快速准确地捕捉建筑物立面的细节。它不仅提供了精确的数据和有效的时间成本效益,还提高了建筑物的安全性和可持续性,旨在为建筑行业的发展和进步做出重要贡献。Traditional building facade surveying methods rely on total stations,which are characterized by low efficiency in both field and office work and the acquisition of relatively limited surveying data.To address these limitations,this paper proposes the application of 3D laser scanning technology in building facade surveying.This technology offers higher efficiency and accuracy,and it generates rich and diverse surveying data.By using high-speed scanning instruments,3D laser scanning captures laser point cloud data and converts it into three-dimensional models,enabling rapid and precise capture of building facade details.It not only provides accurate data and effective time-cost benefits but also enhances the safety and sustainability of buildings.This technology aims to make a significant contribution to the development and progress of the construction industry.
