摘 要:微计算、微型硬件制造和机器对机器通信的快速发展,使新型物联网解决方案能够重塑许多网络应用。医疗卫生系统是物联网的创新应用之一,是在物联网中引入医疗系统的物联网分支,然而,这些关键系统的安全性是医疗物联网广泛应用所面临的主要挑战。基于此,本文全面概述了医疗物联网系统的安全要求与各类加密算法。文章指出在数据收集阶段要确保数据的机密性和完整性,在数据传输阶段要防止数据在传输过程中被窃取或篡改,在数据存储阶段要确保数据在存储时的安全性和隐私性,进而确保系统在各个层面都能满足严格的安全要求。The rapid advancements in microcomputing,miniaturized hardware manufacturing,and machine-to-machine(M2M)communication have enabled new Internet of Things(IoT)solutions to reshape numerous network applications.The healthcare system is one of the innovative applications of IoT,forming a specialized branch known as the Internet of Medical Things(IoMT).However,the security of these critical systems remains a major challenge for the widespread adoption of IoMT.This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the security requirements and various cryptographic algorithms for IoMT systems.It highlights the necessity of ensuring data confidentiality and integrity during the data collection phase,preventing data interception and tampering during transmission,and safeguarding data security and privacy during storage.These measures are essential to meet the stringent security requirements of the system at all levels.
