摘 要:本研究旨在通过技术创新促进电气驱动系统能效提升,建设高效故障预警系统来缩短停机时间、提高作业效率。研究方法涉及系统能效分析、故障模式识别和预警算法的开发等。通过对电气驱动系统运行机理进行深入剖析,提出能效优化方案并将其与先进数据分析技术相结合成功搭建故障预警模型。研究结果表明,该系统可显著提高电气驱动系统能效,对可能发生的故障进行有效报警,从而为石油钻井作业安全高效进行提供有力保障。This study aims to enhance the energy efficiency of electrical drive systems in oil drilling through technological innovation and develop an efficient fault early warning system to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.The research methods include system energy efficiency analysis,identification of fault modes,and development of early warning algorithms.By deeply analyzing the operating mechanisms of electrical drive systems,an energy optimization plan is proposed and integrated with advanced data analysis techniques to successfully build a fault early warning model.The results show that the system significantly improves the energy efficiency of electrical drives and effectively alarms potential faults,providing strong support for the safe and efficient operation of oil drilling.
