摘 要:随着工业4.0时代的到来,智慧工厂和数字化转型已成为化工企业发展的必然趋势。本文从化工仪表的选型原则入手,分析了其在数字化转型企业中的具体应用,探讨了化工仪表与新兴技术融合的创新应用,并提出了强化技术研发与人才培养、构建全面的数据安全体系、合理规划投资与成本控制等保障机制。化工企业可以基于此建立起互联互通、协同高效的智能化生产体系,推动化工过程的智能优化和管控,实现安全、环保、高效的生产目标。With the advent of Industry 4.0,the transformation of chemical enterprises into smart factories and digitally transformed organizations has become an inevitable trend.This paper begins with the selection principles of chemical process instruments,analyzes their specific applications in digitally transformed enterprises,and explores innovative applications of chemical instruments integrated with emerging technologies.It also proposes safeguard mechanisms,including strengthening technology research and development,talent cultivation,establishing comprehensive data security systems,and rational planning of investment and cost control.Chemical enterprises can build an interconnected and highly efficient intelligent production system based on this,promote intelligent optimization and control of chemical processes,and achieve production goals that are safe,environmentally friendly,and efficient.
