摘  要:发电机在长期运行过程中,由于转子内部受潮、冷却介质泄漏、绝缘老化,以及机械振动等原因,容易造成转子对地绝缘水平的降低,进而引发转子接地故障。当转子发生一点接地故障时,虽然不会对发电机本身造成直接的危害,但若再相继发生两点接地,则将严重威胁发电机的安全。基于此,本文主要介绍了一起600 MW汽轮发电机转子发生一点接地的危害、原因及处理过程,以期为相关专业人员解决类似发电机组的转子接地故障及处理提供参考和借鉴。In the long-term operation process of the generator,due to the rotor internal moisture,cooling medium leakage,insulation aging and mechanical vibration and other reasons,it is easy to cause the reduction of the rotor to the ground insulation level and then cause the rotor ground failure.When the rotor has a little grounding fault,although it will not cause direct harm to the generator itself,but if two more grounding occurs successively,it will seriously threaten the safety of the generator.This paper mainly introduces the hazard,cause and treatment process of grounding of 600 MW turbine generator rotor,which provides reference and reference for the subsequent solution of rotor grounding fault of similar generator set.
